ERDU Lighting opens its doors for a virtual tour of its 6300m² production facility in Guzhen, Zhongshan — the lighting capital of China. The facility features 6 automated production lines with a daily capacity of over 3,000 units.
Highlights of the tour include the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) workshop, automated assembly lines, 48-hour aging test room, and the photometric testing laboratory equipped with integrating spheres and goniophotometers.
“We believe transparency builds trust,” said David Deng. “By sharing our production capabilities, we want our partners to see the quality and scale that ERDU brings to every project.”
