The office needed uniform, glare-free illumination for computer-based work while maintaining design flexibility for the open-plan layout and collaborative zones. Existing fluorescent lighting caused eye strain and consumed excessive energy.

ERDU installed 350+ linear magnetic lights and spotlights across 600m² of office space. All workstation areas achieved UGR < 19, and the system was integrated with daylight sensors for automatic dimming throughout the day.

The project achieved 45% energy reduction and the company received a Green Building certification. Employee complaints about eye strain dropped by 80%, and the flexible track system allows the facilities team to reconfigure lighting as teams move between zones.
