The hotel needed a lighting solution that could deliver dramatic ambiance in the lobby while being easy to maintain and reconfigure for different events and seasons. The existing system was inflexible and energy-intensive.

ERDU designed a layered lighting scheme using 200+ meters of magnetic track, pendant lights over seating areas, flood lights for wall washing, and spotlights for artwork highlighting. The entire system runs on 48V DC for safety and energy efficiency.

The hotel achieved 50% energy savings compared to the previous system. Guest satisfaction scores for "lobby ambiance" increased from 7.2 to 9.1. The entire installation was completed in just 5 days with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
